An elegant example of Argentine modernist lighting, this vintage Ilum table lamp pairs a highly polished chrome finish with a beautifully restrained, sculptural form. The rounded dome shade pivots to direct the light and slides vertically along the stem, allowing the height and position of the light to be adjusted.

The slender chrome stem flows into a continuous circular base, giving the lamp an almost graphic quality when viewed in profile. Its rounded shade and reflective finish have a distinctly Space Age feel, while the simple construction keeps it timeless.

The lamp retains its original black cord with inline on/off switch, original plug, and socket. Some typical wear on the paint inside the shade and some light wear and age on the chrome.
